Why should I use Refined Harmony?
We can provide an external perspective that is unbiased and created to accomplish your goals. We use an analytical approach, backed by both data and experience. Quite often our services are less expensive than hiring a full-time individual with our level of expertise and experience.
What should I expect during the free consultation?
During the consultation, we spend the time getting to know you, your leadership team, and the business. We will talk in depth about your goals and how our services could be a potential fit. We will also dive into some of the data and begin to discuss details for a successful engagement. Here are three things to think about as you prepare for the first consultation:
- What are you trying to accomplish? This is the “why” behind our discussion.
- What does success look like? Closely related to the “why” are the specific details around what is expected for the engagement to be successful. This will include key metrics, outcomes, and goals that are specific and measurable. We will help guide you through this process as part of the initial consultation.
- As a leader of the organization, what do you specifically need support and guidance with to execute and deliver success? This will start to identify the “how” behind what we want to achieve. Begin thinking about the answer to this question and we will assist in flushing out the details and next steps.
As we discuss the organizations goals and strategies, we will identify additional data that will be needed for further analysis and request that you help support us in gathering everything needed. We will ask a lot of questions and hope that you also ask us questions to ensure the best outcome of the engagement.
Following the consultation, we will begin to analyze all of the information and prepare a presentation/proposal for the organization.

We customize our services based on your needs. After listening to your needs and analyzing the data, we provide a detailed proposal that includes our costs and how we will partner to see your success. Our initial onboarding process is free to you as we discuss in a consultation how to best meet your needs.
